Abstract
Adapun masalah terkait perkembangan kognitif anak penguna gadget yakni anak tidak berkonsentrasi, sulit belajar kususnya dalam kegiatan bermain bersama teman teman. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan kognitif penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan yakni metode penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan pada perkembangan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun yaitu teori menurut Permendikbud RI No. 137 tahun 2014 mencakup belajar dan pemecahan masalah, berpikir simbolik, dan berpikir logis. Hasil penelitian oleh 3 informan (1 guru dan 2 orang tua) melalui wawancara dan observasi menunjukkan pada aspek berpikir logis anak mulai mampu menyusun rencana kegiatan yang dilakukan di sekolah seperti aktifitas bermain, mulai mampu menentukan alat dan bahan yang di butuhkan saat belajar di sekolah dan mampu menentukan apa saja kebutuhan yang di bawa ke sekolah secara mandiri. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan Kognitif, Penguna Gadget, Anak Usia Dini. Abstract Cognitive development issues among children who use gadgets indude lack of concentration, difficulty in tearning, particularly in activities involving playing with peers. This study aims to anaiyze the cognitive development associated with gadget use in eariy chiidhood. The research empioyed a qualitative method. The theoreticai framework used is based on the Indonesian Ministry ofEducation and Culture Regulation (Permendikbud RI) No. 137 of2014, which indudes tearning and problem-solving, symbolic thinking, and logical thinking. The results, obtained from three informants (one teacher and two parents) through interviews and observations, indicate that in terms of logical thinking, children have begun to develop the abi/ity to plan activities carried out at school, such as play activities. They are a/so ab/e to determine the too/s and materia/s needed for learning and independently identify the items they need to bring to school.
