Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) di kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 7 Mengkendek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I, capaian siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) hanya sebesar 29,16%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, capaian meningkat signifikan menjadi 83,33%. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa model STAD efektif dalam mendorong kerja sama kelompok, meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran dan memperkuat pemahaman siswa terhadap materi ajar. Dengan demikian, penerapan model STAD dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran siswa dalam Pendidikan Agama Kristen. ABSTRACT This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Christian Religious Education through the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 7 Mengkendek. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach consisting of two cycles, with stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were fourth grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The results showed that in the first cycle, the achievement of students who met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) was only 29.16%. After improvements were made in the second cycle, the achievement increased significantly to 83.33%. This increase indicates that the STAD model is effective in encouraging group collaboration, improving learning outcomes and strengthening students' understanding of the teaching material. Thus, the application of the STAD model can be used as an alternative effective learning strategy to improve student learning outcomes in Christian Religious Education.
