Abstract
Kristin : Analisis EMASIM-FM Peran Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Penelitian ini membahas Analisis EMASIM-FM Peran Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua Lembang Awan, kecamatan Awan Rantekarua, Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Kajian pustaka yang digunakan hasil penelitian untuk menganalisis EMASIM-FM Peran Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua dengan buku ”Kepala Sekolah Profesional” dan “ Profesionalisasi dan Etika Profesi Guru”. Menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif . Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tahapan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta vidio. Penelitian dimulai dari perencanaan, pengumpulan data, mendiskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian, Analisis EMASIM-FM Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua di Lembang Awan dengan 8 peran tersebut kepala sekolah memotivasi tugas pekeijaaan guru-guru menjadi lebih terarah dan terukur. Kendala yang teijadi di sekolah tersebut adalah guru lambat datang dan pulang cepat, bahkan ada yang menjadi kebiasaan tidak datang tanpa melapor. Tidak termotivasi keteladanan dari pimpinan. Jadi kepala sekolah harus membuat cara yaitu terus memotivasi para guru, dan melakukan kegiatan pelatihan-pelatihan atau workshop. Kepala sekolah mengarahkan membuat program, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi guru dalam bertugas. Mengontrol dalam pelaksanaannya sehingga guru lebih maju ke depannya di dalam setiap pekeijaan yang telah dibagi. Dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait melakukan koordinasi dalam melengkapi sarana dan prasarana belajar di SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua. Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah harus mempunyai berbagai cara dalam mengembangkan diri demi meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya agar tujuan sekolah dan standar pendidikan nasional bisa tercapai. This study discusses the EMASIM-FM Analysis of the Principal’s Role on Teacher Performance at SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua Lembang Awan, Awan Rantekarua sub-district, North Toraja Regency. The literature review used the research results to analyze the EMASIM-FM Role of Principals on Teacher Performance at SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua with the books "Professional Principals" and "Professionalism and Professional Ethics of Teachers". Using descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation and video. Research starts from planning, collecting data, describing, analyzing, and concluding. The results of the research, EMASIM-FM Analysis The role of the principal in improving teacher performance at SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua in Lembang Awan with these 8 roles the principal motivates the work tasks of teachers to be more focused and measurable. The problem at this school is that teachers are slow to come and go home early, some even have a habit of not coming without reporting. Not motivated by example from the leadership. So the principal must make a way that is to continue to motivate the teachers, and conduct training activities or workshops. The principal directs the program, implements, and evaluates teachers on duty. Controlling in its implementation so that the teacher is more advanced in the future in every work that has been divided. With the relevant parties to coordinate in completing the leaming facilities and infrastructure at SDN 3 Awan Rantekarua. Principal leadership must have various ways of self-development in order to improve the performance of its employees so that school goals and national education standards can be achieved.
