Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari penerapan pembelajaran humanistik untuk meningkatkan Self Efficacy siswa kelas V di UPT SDN 13 Rembon karena masih ada siswa yang memiliki Self Efficacy yang rendah. Hal itu terlihat ketika diberikan tugas yang sulit, sebagian siswa menghindari tanggung jawabnya di kelas karena percaya bahwa mereka tidak mampu menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Sebagian siswa takut ketika diberikan kesempatan untuk membacakan hasil pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran Humanistik dalam Pendidikan Agama Kristen untuk meningkatkan Self Efficacy siswa kelas V di UPT SDN 13 Rembon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran humanistik dapat meningkatkan Self Efficacy siswa hal itu terlihat dari guru memberikan reward, menciptakan suasana yang aman dan nyaman, guru memberikan kesempatan dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya, dan guru memfasilitasi dengan memberikan sumber belajar. Kata Kunci: Humanistik, Self Efficacy, Guru, Siswa. ABSTRACT This research departs from the application of humanistic learning to increase the Self Efficacy of class V students at UPT SDN 13 Rembon because there are still students who have low self efficacy. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Humanistic learning approach in Christian Religious Education to increase the Self Efficacy of class V students at UPT SDN 13 Rembon. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The research results show that applying a humanistic learning approach can increase students' self-efficacy by providing teachers with rewards, creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere, providing opportunities to develop students' abilities, and facilitating by providing learning resources. So that students' self-efficacy experiences changes, namely students are able to act boldly in expressing their opinions, consider difficult assignments as challenges to be completed, students are motivated to get high grades so they get rewards from teachers, students have a commitment to cleaning the school environment and students are enthusiastic about developing their interests. and talents through learning resources from teachers to achieve the expected results.
