Abstract

Tesis ini bertitik tolak dari permasalahan akan kurangnya minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PAK, siswa bolos, mengantuk, alpa pada jadwal pembelajaran PAK.Permasalahan tersebut menjadi barometer bahwa minat belajar siswa pada Pendidikan Agama Kristen sangat kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku terhadap minat belajar siswa,untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat belajar siswa.Untuk menganalisis Indikator perilaku belajar mana yang kuat mempengaruhi belajar siswa. Teori yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah teori pengaruh tingkalaku dan motivasi dalam pembelajaran PAK terhadap minat belajar siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan hipotesis deskriptif asosiatif yakni mencari hubungan sebab akibat antara perilaku dan motivasi belajar dengan minat belajar siswa. Temuan dari hasil penelitian adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari Perilaku dan motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran PAK terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Toraja Utara, yakni perilaku terhadap minat sebesar 10,8% dan motivasi terhadap minat 37,7%. Sehingga diharapkan bahwa guru PAK melakukan pendekatan secara kekeluargaan agar dapat membimbing dan mengarahkan siswa berperilaku dan memotivasi mereka dalam proses pembelajaran PAK. Kata Kunci: Perilaku, Motivasi, Minat Belajar. ABSTRACT This thesis starts from the lack of student interest in participating in PAK leaming. The purpose of this study was to analyze the ejfect of behavior on students' learning interest, to analyze the influence of motivation on student learning interest. To analyze which indicators of learning behavior strongly influence student learning. The theory used in this study is the theory ofthe influence of behavior and motivation in learning PAK on students' learning interests. By using quantitative research methods associative descriptive hypo thesis approach that is looking for a causal relationship between behavior and learning motivation with students' learning interests. The findings from the research results is that there is a significant ejfect of Leaming behavior and motivation in PAK leaming towards learning interest of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Toraja Utara, namely behavior towards interest is 10.8% and motivation towards interest is 37.7%. So it is erpected that PAK teachers take a familial approach in order to be able to guide and direct students to behave and motivate theni in the PAK leaming process.
