Abstract

Guru memiliki peranan penting dalam mewujudkan pencapaian pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang berkualitas secara khusus implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Kehadiran seorang guru yang diperlengkapi dengan berbagai macam kompetensi, diharapkan dapat membawa dampak dan perubahan bagi peserta didik sebagai hasil akhir dari belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru PAK dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka di (SMP) Negeri 3 Gandang Batu Sillanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetens Pedagogik Guru PAK dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di (SMP) Negeri 3 Gandang Batu Sillanan dilakukan melalui rencana pembelajaran, memilih metode dam menyajikan materi, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, melaksanakan asesmen dan evaluasi pembelajaran berdasarkan cirikhas Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Kata Kunci: Guru, Kopetensi pedagogik, Kurikulum merdeka. ABSTRACT Teachers have an important role in realizing the achievement of quality education and learning, especially the implementation of an independent curriculum. The presence of a teacher who is equipped with various kinds of competencies is expected to have an impact and change for students as the end result of learning. This study aims to determine the pedagogical competence of PAK teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at (SMP) Negeri 3 Gandang Batu Sillanan. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection through observation, interview methods. The results showed that the Pedagogical Competence of PAK Teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at (SMP) Negeri 3 Gandang Batu Sillanan was carried out through lesson plans, choosing methods and presenting material, creating a conducive learning environment, carrying out assessments and evaluating learning based on the characteristics of the Pancasila Student Profile.
