Abstract

ABSTRAK ANTON RAMBA, menulis sebuah karya ilmiah “ Analisis Kesulitan Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN 309 Inpres Kadundung”. (Dibimbing oleh Djidon Lamba, S.Th., M.Pd.K selaku pembing utama dan Serdianus, M.Pd selaku pembimbing pendamping). Penelitian ini pada observasi awal ditemukan bahwa guru di SDN 309 Inpres Kadundung mengalami banyak kesulitan dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum merdeka adalah kurikulum yang memberikan kesempatan yang luas bagi siswa dalam berlatih dan memahami konsep-konsep baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengatasi kesulitan guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2023 sampai Juli 2024 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi lapangan. Jumlah sample yaitu 5 orang yang ditentukan sebagai narasumber pada penelitian ini. Teknik pengumulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Menyusun modul ajar, mengisi lembar penilaian, tidak menerima pelatihan, sarana dan prasana, tidak melakukan KKG, penggunaan teknologi yang kurang memadai faktor penyebab permasalahan mereka dalam melakukan hal tersebut. Setelah mengetahui kesulitan yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum maka cara mengatasi kesulitan tersebut adalah dengan mengikuti KKG, guru harus sering mengikuti pelatihan, infrastruktur teknologi yang yang lebih baik, sekolah mesti memberikan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci : Kurikulum, kesulitan, faktor   ABSTRACK ANTON RAMBA, wrote a scientific work "Analysis helps Christian Religious Education Teachers in Implementing the Independent Curriculum at SDN 309 Inpres Kadundung". (Guided by Djidon Lamba, S.Th., M.Pd.K as main supervisor and Serdianus, M.Pd as co-supervisor). This research, in initial observations, found that teachers at SDN 309 Inpres Kadundung experienced many difficulties in implementing the independence policy. An independent curriculum is a curriculum that provides ample opportunities for students to practice and understand new concepts. The aim of this research is to overcome teachers' difficulties in implementing the independent curriculum. This research was carried out from November 2023 to July 2024 using qualitative methods with a field study type. The number of samples was 5 people who were determined as sources for this research. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Compiling open modules, filling out assessment sheets, not receiving training, facilities and infrastructure, not carrying out KKG, inadequate use of technology are factors that cause problems for them in doing this. After knowing the difficulties faced by teachers in implementing the curriculum, the way to overcome these difficulties is to take part in the KKG, teachers must take part in frequent training, better technological infrastructure, schools must provide facilities and infrastructure.
