Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan konsep ekopedagogik oleh guru di kelas IV SDN 3 Rantepao untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang diteliti meliputi ekopedagogik, pendidikan lingkungan hidup, dan peran pendidikan agama Kristen (PAK) dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Alkitab (Kejadian 1:28 dan 2:15) ke dalam kegiatan praktis seperti penanaman tanaman dan Jumat bersih, meskipun masih ada tantangan seperti kurangnya kesadaran mandiri siswa dan kendala pengelolaan sampah. Kata kunci: Ekopedagogik, Kesadaran Lingkungan, Pendidikan Agama Kristen. ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the implementation of the ecopedagogy concept by teacher in grade IV of SDN 3 Rantepao to enhance students’ environmental awareness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theories studied include ecopedagogy, environmental education, and the role of Christian religious Education (PAK) in shaping student character. The findings reveal that teachers successfully integrated biblical values (Genesis 1:28 and 2:15) into practical activities such as planting and Friday clean-ups, though challenges remain, such as students’ lack of independent awareness and waste management issues, Kata Kunci: Ecopedagogy, Environmental Awareness, Christian Religious Education.
