Abstract
Armin Karaeng.2020, “Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Terhadap Kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Toraja Utara” Tesis, Pembimbing (1) Dr.I Made Suardana (2). Pdt. Dr. Abraham S. Tanggulungan, M.Si Dalam Penelitian ini permasalahan yang akan diteliti adalah “Bagaimana Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik yang dilaksanakan oleh pengawas terhadap Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Toraja Utara”. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dalah seluruh guru agama Kristen pada SMP Se kabupaten Toraja Utara yang berjumlah 60 orang guru dan 6 orang pengawas sekaligus sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data adalah melalui angket. Analisa data dengan menggunakan analisa deskriftif, uji persyaratan data yang terdiri dari analisis normalitas dan lienaritas. Pengolahan data dengan menggunkan program S'/’S'S.20.0.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata perolehan skor supervisi pengawas PAK sebesar 171,33 dan rata-rata perolehan skor kompetensi guru sebesar 113,67. Koefisien korelasi data yang dipasangkan sebesar 0,754 dengan P-value 0,084 yang mana lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil uji persyaratan penelitian diperoleh data normal, homogen dan tidak multikulioner. Dari hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan adanya hubungan positif antara supervisi akademik dengan kompetensi guru agama Kristen pada SMP di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi guru Kata Kunci .Supervisi Akademik Kompetensi Guru. Dr. Abraham Sere Tanggulungan, M.Si In this study the issue to be examined is "whether there is positif Effect of Academic Supervision againts a Junior high school teacher’s competence in Nort Toraja District? The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of academic supervision against Junior high school Christian Religious Education. teacher’s competence in Nort Toraja District. The population in this study were all Secondaiy School Christian religion teachers in North Toraja District, same 60 teachers and 6 supervisors as a sample. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using deseriptive analysis, test data requirements consisting of normality and liability analysis and processing of data using the SPSS 20.0.for window. The results were obtained an average score of supervisor supervision were 113,67 and an average score of teacher competeney were 117,33 Test results prerequisite research data obtained obtained normal, linear,homogeneous and not multikolinear. The pair of Correlation of coefficient are 0.754 with P-Value 0,084 > 0,05 . Hypothesis test found a positive relationship between academic supervision and competence Junior high school teacher’s in North Toraja District. The Positive relationship of academic that meaning there was positive influence from academic supervision againts teacher competence. Keywords: Academic Supervision to Teacher Competence.
