Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa, tanpa motivasi belajar pembelajaran tidak terlaksana secara efektif. Siswa kelas VI B SDN 1 Rembon masih memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu peningkatan motivasi belajar dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together pada pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VI B di SDN 1 Rembon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa di salah satu sekolah dasar di SDN 1 Rembon. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model NHT secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam diskusi kelompok, antusiasme dalam menjawab pertanyaan. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran NHT terbukti efektif untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Model ini tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan keterampilan sosial dan pemahaman materi secara lebih mendalam. ABSTRACT The application of learning models affects students' learning motivation, without learning motivation learning cannot be carried out effectively. Class VI B students at SDN 1 Rembon still have low motivation to learn. The aim to be achieved in this research is increasing learning motivation by implementing the Numbered Head Together learning model in Christian religious education learning to increase the learning motivation of class VI B students at SDN 1 Rembon. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this research were students at one of the elementary schools at SDN 1 Rembon. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the application of the NHT model significantly increases students' learning motivation. This is shown through increased student participation in group discussions, enthusiasm in answering questions. Thus, the NHT learning model has proven to be effective for application in Christian Religious Education learning. This model not only increases students' learning motivation but also encourages the development of social skills and a deeper understanding of the material.
