Abstract
ABSTRAK Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan bahwa peserta didik memiliki potensi yang dikembangkan dan dioptimalkan oleh guru PAK sehingga menjadi pribadi yang utuh dalam wujud nyata melalui model pembelajaran PAIKEM sehingga rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yakni bagaimana cara guru PAK dalam mengoptimalkan potensi peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran PAIKEM dalam proses belajar di SMP PGRI Uluway. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan cara mengoptimalkan potensi peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran PAIKEM dalam proses belajar di SMP PGRI Uluway. Dalam penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni: metode observasi, metode wawancara dan studi pustaka. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penulisan ini yakni: reduksi data, display data serta data conclusion. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cara guru PAK dalam mengoptimalkan potensi peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran PAIKEM yaitu membawa peserta didik pada proses belajar yang melibatkan mereka aktif dalam belajar dengan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan serta kreatif, peserta didik memulai membuat inovasi melalui ide-ide tentang suatu pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran PAIKEM yang diterapkan oleh guru PAK yaitu melalui metode diskusi, kerja sama satu dengan yang lain serta memperlihatkan gambar atau video pembelajaran kepada peserta didik dalam ruang kelas, bukan hanya itu mengajar peserta didik di luar ruangan juga menjadi cara mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik dengan menikmati suasana lingkungan sekolah sambil belajar bersama. In this paper, the writer uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation methods, interview methods and literature studies. The data analysis techniques in this paper are: data reduction, data display and conclusion data. I The results of this study indicate that the way PAK teachers optimize the potential of students through the PAIKEM learning model is to bring students to a learning process that involves them actively in learning with afun and Creative learning atmosphere, students start making innovations through ideas about a lesson. The PAIKEM learning model applied by PAK teachers is through discussion methods, collaborating with one another and showing learning pictures or videos to students in the classroom, not only that teaching students outside the room is also a way to optimize the potential possessed by students. students by enjoying the atmosphere ofthe school environment while learning together.
