Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertitik tolak dari kurangnya keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran, siswa yang tidak memperhatikan guru yang menjelaskan dalam kelas, tidak ada yang menjawab pertanyaan guru, tidak berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran,kurang percaya diri dalam mengemukakan pendapat, dan tidak dapat berkonsentrasi dengan bermain atau ribut selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas khususnya kelas V di SDN 5 Mengkendek. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, informasi yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan mendeskripsikan dan menarik kesimpulan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada siklus I keaktifan belajar siswa hanya mencapai 52,94% pada kriteria baik dan sangat baik dan pada siklus II keaktifan belajar meningkat mencapai 82,36% pada kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Adapun peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 29,42%. Kata kunci : Keaktifan Belajar, Talking Stick. ABSTRACK This research is based on the lack of student activity in learning, students who do not pay attention to the teacher explaining in class, no one answers the teacher's questions, do not participate actively in learning, lack confidence in expressing opinions, and cannot concentrate by playing or making noise during learning process. This research uses classroom action research methods, especially class V at SDN 5 Mengkendek. Data is obtained through observation, the information obtained is analyzed by describing and drawing conclusions. From research conducted in cycle I, student learning activity only reached 52.94% on good and very good criteria and in cycle II learning activity increased to 82.36% on good and very good criteria. The increase in student learning activity from cycle I to cycle II was 29.42%. Keywords: Active learning, Talking Stick.
