Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah yang dihadapi oleh siswa slow learner mencakup kesulitan dalam membaca lancar, daya ingat yang rendah, dan lambat dalam memahami penjelasan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dalam mengajar siswa slow learner atau siswa yang lambat belajar di kelas III SDN 14 Rembon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melibatkan 4 orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan guru PAK dalam mengajar siswa slow learner di kelas III SDN 14 Rembon adalah Pendekatan individual atau bimbingan khusus dan memodifikasi materi pembelajaran dengan menyampaikan materi secara berulang-ulang. Sehingga kedua strategi tersebut, dianggap paling efektif dalam mengajar siswa slow learner di kelas III SDN 14 Rembon. Kata Kunci: Strategi Guru PAK, Siswa Slow Learner ABSTRACT The problems faced by slow learner students include difficulty in reading fluently, low memory, and slow in understanding the teacher's explanation. This study aims to describe the strategies used by Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers in teaching slow learner students in class III of SDN 14 Rembon. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved 4 informants. The results showed that the strategies used by PAK teachers in teaching slow learner students in class III SDN 14 Rembon are Individualized approaches or special guidance, and modifying learning materials by delivering material repeatedly. So that these two strategies are considered the most effective in teaching slow learner students in class III SDN Rembon. Keywords: PAK Teacher Strategy, Slow Learner Students
