Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belangkangi oleh kurangnya keaktifan belajar siswa kelas IV di UPT SDN 2 Rembon pada pembelajaran PAK dengan subjek penelitian 25 siswa. Kurangnya keaktifan belajar siswa ditandai dengan siswa yang kurang memberi respon kepada guru dan siswa yang kurang percaya diri dalam menyampaikan jawabannya. Keaktifan belajar siswa merupakan suatu kegiatan belajar yang menekankan siswa untuk terlibat aktif baik secara fisik maupun non-fisikuntuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) di kelas IV UPT SDN 2 Rembon menggunakan metode pembelajaran Scramble. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dan dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Observasi pra-siklus menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan belajar siswa masih rendah dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 45%. Dalam siklus I, penerapan metode Scramble menghasilkan peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 68,8%, namun hasil ini belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditargetkan sebesar 70%. Siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih signifikan dengan rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa mencapai 83%, yang berarti kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Scramble efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAK. Peneliti merekomendasikan penerapan metode Scramble sebagai salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. ABSTRACT This research started from the discovery of the problem of lack of active learning in class IV students at UPT SDN 2 Rembon in PAK learning with research subjects of 25 students. Lack of student learning activity is characterized by students who do not respond to the teacher and students who lack confidence in conveying their answers. Student active learning is a learning activity that emphasizes students being actively involved both physically and non-physically to get good learning results. This research uses the classroom action research method and is carried out in 2 cycles with the aim of increasing student learning activity in Christian Religious Education (PAK) subjects in class IV UPT SDN 2 Rembon using the Scramble learning method. Pre-cycle observations show that student learning activity is still low with a class average of 45%. In cycle I, the application of the Scramble method resulted in an increase in student learning activity with a class average of 68.8%, however this result did not reach the targeted success indicator of 70%. Cycle II showed a more significant improvement with the average student learning activity reaching 83%, which means the very good category. The results of this research indicate that the Scramble method is effective in increasing students’ active learning in PAK subjects. Researchers recommend implementing the Scramble method as an innovative learning strategy to increase students’ active learning in elementary schools.
