Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kepercayaan diri siswa yang membutuhkan tindakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik experiential learning adalah solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana teknik tersebut dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Experiential Learning adalah bentuk pembelajaran yang didasarkan pada pengalaman atau tindakan, tidak hanya berpikir tentang konsep-konsep abstrak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK), dilakukan dalam 2 siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas XI 4 SMAN 3 Tana Toraja yang berjumlah 27 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik experiential learning dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa di kelas XI 4 SMAN 3 Tana Toraja. Kepercayaan diri siswa dari pra siklus sampai siklus 1 meningkat sebesar 13 %, dari pra siklus sampai siklus 2 sebesar 26% dengan skor rata-rata kelas 70%. Kesimpulan menjelaskan bahwa layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik experiential learning dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Klasikal, Experiential Learning, Kepercayaan Diri ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low self-confidence of students, necessitating actions to address this issue. Classical guidance services with experiential learning techniques are a solution to overcome this problem. This study aims to understand how this technique can improve students' self-confidence. Experiential learning is a form of learning based on experience or action, not just thinking about abstract concepts. This research employs the guidance and counseling action research method (PTBK), conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted in class XI 4 of SMAN 3 Tana Toraja, with a total of 27 students. Data collection was carried out through observation. The results show that the implementation of classical guidance services with experiential learning techniques can improve the self-confidence of students in class XI 4 of SMAN 3 Tana Toraja. The students' self-confidence increased by 13% from the pre-cycle to cycle 1 and by 26% from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, with an average class score of 70%. The conclusion explains that classical guidance services with experiential learning techniques can improve students' self-confidence.
