Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar sebagian siswa kelas X LAS A SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao yang ditunjukkan melalui kurangnya keaktifan dalam pembelajaran, rendahnya perhatian, dan keterlambatan menyelesaikan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan klasikal terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian didasarkan pada teori motivasi belajar dan teori layanan bimbingan klasikal. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest, melibatkan 21 siswa sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar meningkat dari 72,76 pada pretest menjadi 80,14 pada posttest. Dengan demikian, layanan bimbingan klasikal berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the low learning motivation of some tenth-grade LAS A students at SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao, as indicated by limited classroom participation, lack of attettion during lessons, and delays in completing assingments. The study aimed to determine the effect of classical guidance theory. A quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was employed involving 21 students. Date were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Paired sample t-Test. The findings revealed a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, indicating that the alternative hypotesis was accepted. The mean score of learning motivation increased from 72.76 in the pretest to 80.14 in the posttest. Therefore, classical guidance services have a significant positive effect on inproving student”s learning motivation.
