Abstract
Desryanto Palebangan Tahun 2022 menyusun skripsi dengan judul "Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) Mengenai Model Kepemimpinan dan Pelayanan Publik di Lembang Limbong Sangpolo, Kecamatan Kurra, Kabupaten Tana Toraja". Program Studi Kepemimpinan Kristen. Fakultas Budaya dan Kepemimpinan Kristen. Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (1AKN) Toraja. Dibawa bimbingan: Sumiati Putri Natalia, M.Pd. (Pembimbing I) dan Pebrianty, S.KM., M.Kes (Pembimbing H) Adanya keluhan-keluhan masyarakat di Lembang Limbong Sangpolo dalam menerima pelayanan, sehingga penelitian ini penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kepemimpinan dan pelayanan publik di Lembang Limbong Sangpolo, Kecamatan Kurra, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, sampel sebanyak 150 orang, dengan teknik accidental sampling, pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner dan observasi terhadap sampel yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM) adalah: Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Mengenai Model Kepemimpinan berdasarkan 14 indikator memiliki nilai bervariasi dengan penilaian tertinggi ada pada kepastian biaya pelayanan = 3,35 dan penilaian terendah pada waktu penyelesaian = 2,74, dengan rata-rata tertimbang = 3,17 nilai konversi IKM = 79,25 sehingga diperoleh mutu pelayanan (B) yang masuk dalam ketegori "memuaskan", sedangkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) Mengenai Pelayananan Publik dengan nilai tertinggi ada pada kewajaran biaya pelayanan = 3,35 dan penilaian terendah pada waktu penyelesaian = 2,87, dari 14 item dengan rata-rata tertimbang = 3,13 nilai konversi IKM = 78,25 sehinnga diperoleh mutu pelayanan (B) yang masuk dalam ketegori "memuaskan". The existence of community complaints in Lembang Limbong Sangpolo in receiving Services, so this study aims to determine the index of community satisfaction with leadership and public Services in Lembang Limbong Sangpolo, Kurra District, Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive cpiantitative, a sample of 150 people, with Occidental sampling technique, data collection by questionnaires and obseruation of a predetermined sample. The results show that the community satisfaction index (IKM) is: Community Satisfaction Index Regarding Leadership Model based on 14 indicators that have varying values with the highest assessment being on the certainty of Service costs = 3.35 and the lowest assessment at completion time = 2.74, with an average weighted average = 3.17 IKM conversion value = 79.25 so that the quality of Service (B) is obtained which is included in the "satisfactory" category, while the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Regarding Public Services with the highest value is the fairness of Service costs = 3.35 and the lowest assessment at completion time = 2.87, out of 14 items with a weighted average = 3.13 IKM conversion value = 78.25 so that the Service quality (B) is obtained which is included in the "satisfactory" category.
