Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang strategi guru dalam melatih perkembangan motorik halus anak di TK Kristen Buntu Pasele. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam melatih perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Kristen Buntu Pasele. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan tiga strategi utama: pembelajaran berpusat pada anak, pembelajaran melalui bermain, dan pembelajaran terpadu. Kegiatan seperti menggunting, menempel, meronce, dan melipat origami digunakan untuk melatih koordinasi mata dan tangan serta kreativitas anak. Hasilnya, 14 dari 16 anak telah mencapai standar perkembangan motorik halus, seperti meniru bentuk, menggunting sesuai pola, menempel gambar dengan tepat, dan menggambar secara rinci. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan variasi kemampuan anak. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan persiapan guru dan penyediaan alat permainan edukatif yang lebih memadai. Kata Kunci: Strategi Guru, Motorik Halus. ABSTRACT This study analyzes teachers' strategies in training fine motor development in children at TK Kristen Buntu Pasele. The aim of the research is to examine teachers' strategies in developing fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years at TK Kristen Buntu Pasele. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that teachers implement three main strategies: child-centered learning, play-based learning, and integrated learning. Activities such as cutting, pasting, stringing beads, and folding origami are used to train hand-eye coordination and children's creativity. The findings indicate that 14 out of 16 children have met the fine motor development standards, such as imitating shapes, cutting according to patterns, pasting pictures accurately, and drawing in detail. The main challenges include limited infrastructure and varying skill levels among children. The study recommends improving teacher preparation and providing more adequate educational play tools.
