Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada masalah adanya beberapa karyawan di PT Malea Energy mengalami ketidakadilan dalam berbagai aspek pekerjaan, seperti gaji, penghargaan, kesempatan promosi, dan pengakuan dari atasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan menggunakan Teori Keadilan Stacey Adams di PT Malea Energy. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori keadilan oleh Stacey Adams dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Malea Energy dengan nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 0,954 dan tingkat koefisien determinasi 0,910 atau yang berarti keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Malea Energy mencapai 91%. Kata kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Stacey Adams. ABSTRACK This research focuses on the problem of some employees at PT Malea Energy experiencing injustice in various aspects of work, such as salary, rewards, promotion opportunities, and recognition from superiors. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice on employee job satisfaction using Stacey Adams' Justice Theory at PT Malea Energy. The theory used in this research is the theory of justice by Stacey Adams by using quantitative research method of descriptive correlation type. The results showed that organizational justice has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Malea Energy with a correlation value (R) of 0.954 and a coefficient of determination of 0.910 or which means that organizational justice affects employee job satisfaction at PT Malea Energy by 91%.
