Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji Penerapan Konsep Servant Leadership Robert Greenleaf dalam menigkatkan pertumbuhan kerohanian di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Maranatha Pattene. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan konsep servant leadership dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan kerohanian di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Maranatha Pattene. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Robert Greenleaf yakni konsep Servant Leadership dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancra mendalam terhadap pendeta, penatua, diaken, perwakilan pengurus OIG dan perwakilan anggota jemaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kepemimpinan (2) Pertumbuhan Kerohanian (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam mendorong Pertumbuhan iman anggota jemaat (4) Karakteristik seorang pemimpin (5) Solusi atau program yang dijalankan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan kerohanian anggota jemaat (6) Hal yang menjadi penghambat pertumbuhan kerohanian anggota jemaat. Kata Kunci: Servant Leadership, Kepemimpinan, Pertumbuhan Iman, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Karakterisik pemimpin. Abstract This study examines the Implementation of Robert Greenleaf's Servant Leadership Concept in increasing spiritual growth in the Toraja Church of Maranatha Pattene Congregation. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the implementation of the servant leadership concept in increasing spiritual growth in the Toraja Church of Maranatha Pattene Congregation. This study uses Robert Greenleaf's theory, namely the Servant Leadership concept with a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with pastors, elders, deacons, representatives of the OIG management and representatives of congregation members. The results of the study show: (1) Leadership (2) Spiritual Growth (3) Leadership Style in encouraging the growth of faith of congregation members (4) Characteristics of a leader (5) Solutions or programs implemented in increasing the spiritual growth of congregation members (6) Things that inhibit the spiritual growth of congregation members.
