Abstract
Yuyun Febrianti (3020218481), Menyususn skripsi ini dengan judul “Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Lembang dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Lembang Rantedada”, yang di bimbing oleh Bapak Sepriadi Bunga’,S.Pd., M.Ag dan Ibu Ones Kristiani Rapa’, S.Th., M.Si Peneliian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan situasional Kepala Lembang dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di Lembang Rantedada. Metode yang digunakan ialah Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan 15 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dapat membantu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Kesimpulan dengan menerapkan Gaya Kemimpinan Situasional yang sesuai dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat lokal dengan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci:, Kepemimpinan Situasional, Kepala Lembang, Ekonomi Masyarakat ABSTRACT Yuyun Febrianti (3020218481) compiled this thesis entitled "Analysis of the Situational Leadership Style of the Village Head in Improving the Community Economy in Lembang Rantedada," supervised by Mr. Sepriadi Bunga’, S.Pd., M.Ag and Mrs. Ones Kristiani Rapa’, S.Th., M.Si. This research aims to analyze the situational leadership style of the Village Head in enhancing the community economy in Lembang Rantedada. The methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation with a qualitative approach, involving 15 informants. The results of the study indicate that an appropriate leadership style can help improve the community’s economy. The conclusion is that applying a suitable Situational Leadership Style can sustainably enhance the local community’s economy. Keywords: Situational Leadership, Village Head, Community Economy.
