Abstract
Pandemi covid-19 berdampak besar di Kecamatan Makale. Dampak dari pandemi covid-19 terasa dibidang UMKM. Melihat dari permasalahan diatas maka dibutuhkan kepemimpinan dalam mengelola UMKM demi menjaga kestabilan wirausaha. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kepemimpinan Entrepreneur pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan dampaknya bagi masyarakat Toraja. Metode penelitian dengan tnixed method. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan Entrepreneur pelaku UMKM saat pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan selalu menargetkan dan mencari pesaing dengan standar tinggi. Seorang pemimpin Kristen harus mempunyai dasar teologi di filosofis yang siap terpanggil sebagai "pelayan hamba" (Markus 10:42-45). Para pelaku UMKM melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi terhadap usaha yang dijalani. Adanya UMKM sangat membantu perekonomian untuk masyarakat di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan. Motivasi dan dorongan yang diberikan oleh para pelaku UMKM di lingkungan masyarakat adalah dengan memberikan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai seluk beluk UMKM dam selain itu memberikan bantuan dana. (2) Dampaknya bagi masyarakat Toraja dengan adanya UMKM sangat membantu perekonomian untuk masyarakat di masa pandemi covid-19 karena masyarakat juga terserap sebagai tenaga kerja dan mereka yang mengalami pembatasan dalam beraktivitas tetap bisa memperoleh barang-barang yang dibutuhkan. Dari metode kuantitatif deperoleh nilai t hitung 4,354 > 2,039 memperlihatkan hubungan linier variable Kepemimpinan Entrepreneur (X3) dan variable Pemeberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat (Y). Maka keputusannya adalah HA3 diterima dan HO3 ditolak. Nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,705 atau 70,5% dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Oleh sebab itu, dari tujuh gaya kepemimpinan yang paling berpengaruh ialah gaya kepemimpinan entrepreneur (X3), karena terjadi hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan Entrepreneur (X3) dengan variabel pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat (Y). (3) Para pelaku UMKM yang asalnya dari luar daerah Makale lebih bisa memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Mereka selalu beranggapan bahwasannya saat mereka merantau sebagai pelaku UMKM keluar daerah di mana mereka tinggal maka mereka pulang harus membawa keberhasilan. Selain itu mereka juga bisa menjual barang-barang yang mereka beli dari supplier dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau dan dijual lebih mahal di daerah Makale. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Entrepreneur, UMKM, Pandemi Covid-19, ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on Makale District. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has been felt in the UMKM sector. Seeing front the problems above, leadership is needed in managing UMKM in order to maintain entrepreneurial stability. The purpose of this study is to analyze Entrepreneurial leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the Toraja people. Research method with mixed method. Data were collected using literature study, observation, interviews, questionnaires and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that (1) Entrepreneurial leadership for UMKM during the Covid-19 pandemic is by ahvays targeting and looking for competitors with high standards. A Christian leader must have a theological and philosophical basis who is ready to be called a "servant of servants" (Mark 10:42-45). UMKM actors develop and innovate their businesses. The existence of UMKM really helps the economy for the community during the Covid-19 pandemic with the availability of jobs. The motivation and encouragement given by UMKM in the community is to provide knowledge about the ins and outs ofUMKM and in addition to providing financial assistance. (2) The impact on the people of Toraja with the existence of UMKM greatly helps the economy for the community during the Covid-19 pandemic because the community is also absorbed as a workforce and those zvho experience restrictions in their activities can still obtain the goods needed. Front the quantitative method, the t value obtained was 4.354 > 2.039 showing a linear relationship between the Entrepreneur Leadership variable (X3) and the Community Economic Empowerment variable (Y). Then the decision is HAS is accepted and HO3 is rejected. The beta coefficient value is 0.705 or 70.5% with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, ofthe seven leadership styles the most influential is the entrepreneurial leadership style (X3), because there is a positive and significant relationship between the Entrepreneurial leadership variable (X3) and the community economic empowerment variable (Y). (3) UMKM actors who come from outside the Makale area are better able to take advantage of the opportunities that exist. They ahvays think that when they migrate as UMKM actors outside the area where they live, they must return home with success. Apart front that, they can also sell the goods they buy from suppliers at a rnore affordable price and are sold at a higher price in the Makale area..
