Abstract

Penulis menyusun skripsi dengan judul “Analisis Peran Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao” . Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari permasalahan siswa yang rendah motivasi belajarnya. Dinyatakan oleh guru BK jika motivasi belajar dari siswa yang kurang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal serta eksternal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam mengetahui bagaimana peran guru BK terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao. Peran guru BK dalam membantu siswa terhadap motivasi belaja sebagai motivator yaitu memberi dorongan kepada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang didukung dengan cara pengumpulan data lewat dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jika peran guru BK terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan perubahan yang dapat dilihat dari proses belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Peran guru BK, motivasi belajar. ABSTRACT The author wrote a thesis entitled "Analysis of the Role of Guidance and Counseling Teachers on Student Learning Motivation at Harapan Rantepao Christian Vocational School". This research is motivated by the problem of students who have low learning motivation. The BK teacher stated that students’ learning motivation was less influenced by internal and external factors. This research aims to find out the role of guidance and counseling teachers in the learning motivation of students at the Harapan Rantepao Christian Vocational School. The role of the guidance and counseling teacher is to help students increase their learning motivation as a motivator, namely providing motivational encouragement to students. This research uses qualitative methods which are supported by data collection through documentation, interviews and observation. The conclusion of this study shows that the role of BK teachers on student learning motivation with changes that can be seen from the student learning process.
