Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa remaja yang sering melakukan kenakalan di dalam kelas kelas terutama pada saat proses pembelajaran agama berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam mengatasi kenakalan remaja di kelas XI TKR A SMKN 3 Tana Toraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan teknik yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk kenakalan yang terjadi di dalam kelas seperti bolos, mengganggu teman, menggunakan HP dan tidak memperhatikan guru dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang mencakup lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan keluarga, teknologi dan faktor metode mengajar guru dan strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Keristen dalam mengatasi kenakalan remaja seperti, membuat aturan di kelas, memberi sanksi, membangun hubungan yang baik dan positif dan mengajarkan sikap tanggung jawab belum efektif sehingga diperlukan kekonsistenan dan ketegasan serta guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen perlu untuk mengevaluasi metode mengajar yang dilakukan agar remaja termotivasi untuk belajar. Kata Kunci: Strategi guru; kenakalan remaja. ABSTRACT This research was motivated by several teenagers who often committed mischief in class, especially during the religious learning process. This research aims to determine the strategies of Christian Religious Education teachers in dealing with juvenile delinquency in class XI TKR A SMKN 3 Tana Toraja. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Based on the techniques used, the research results show that forms of delinquency that occur in the classroom such as truancy, disturbing friends, using cell phones and not paying attention to teachers are motivated by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors which include the school environment, family environment, technology and factors of teacher teaching methods and strategies used by Christian Religious Education teachers in dealing with juvenile delinquency such as making rules in class, giving sanctions, building good and positive relationships and teaching attitudes of responsibility have not been effective so consistency and firmness are needed as well as education teachers Christianity needs to evaluate the teaching methods used so that teenagers are motivated to learn.
