Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedisiplinan guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di UPT SDN 4 Makale, Kedisplinan dan motivasi saling berkaitan pada proses pembelajaran. Kedisiplinan guru berperan penting dalam memotivasi belajar siswa. Seorang siswa dengan kedisiplinan dan motivasi belajar yang kuat akan memiliki keinginan dan tindakan belajar yang keras begitupun sebalikknya. Maka seorang guru perlu untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan untuk dapat memotivasi belajar siswa secara maksimal. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengkaji lebih luas mengenai kedisiplinan guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar melalui kajian pustaka, wawancara dan juga observasi. Dan beberapa indikator kedisiplinan guru yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar yaitu waktu, menengakkan aturan, kerja keras dan sikap. Namun di UPT SDN 4 Makale masih perluh ditingkatkan khususnya mengenai kedisplinan waktu, aturan, sikap, dan kerja keras untuk dapat memaksimalkan motivasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Kedisiplinan, Guru, Siswa, Motivasi , Belajar ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze teacher discipline to increase student learning motivation at UPT SDN 4 Makale, discipline and motivation are interrelated in the learning process. Teacher discipline plays an important role in motivating student learning. A student with strong discipline and motivation to learn optimally. The writing of this scientific paper uses a descriptive qualitative research method to capture more broadly about teacher discipline to improve learning motivation through literature reviews, interviews and also observations. And some indicators of teacher discipline that can improve learning motivation are time, enforcing rules, hard work and attitude. However, in UPT SDN 4 Makale, is still needs to be improved, especially regarding discipline in time, rules, attitudes and hard work to be able to maximize student learning motivation.
