Abstract
Hermin Yelsi Karusisi, 2024 Judul Skripsi “Analisis Pedagogis Problematika Pendidikan Agama Kristen oleh guru Non-PAK di UPT SMPN 3 Bonggakaradeng”. Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara pedagogis problematika Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) oleh guru Non-PAK di UPT SMPN 3 Bonggakaradeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Informan penelitian ini yaitu guru Non-PAK yang mengajar, salah satu rekan guru, dan enam orang peserta didik yakni dua orang kelas VI, dua orang kelas VII dan dua orang kelas IX. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Non-PAK menghadapi berbagai kendala, termasuk kesulitan dalam memahami karakter peserta didik, keterbatasan dalam menguasai teori belajar, serta tantangan dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna. Selain itu, komunikasi yang kurang efektif antara guru dan peserta didik mengakibatkan penurunan minat dan partisipasi aktif peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru serta penyediaan sumber daya pendidikan yang memadai untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di sekolah. Kata kunci : Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Guru Non-PAK, Pedagogis Abstract Hermin Yelsi Karusisi, 2024 Thesis Title "Pedagogical Analysis of Christian Religious Education Problems by Non-PAK Teachers at UPT SMPN 3 Bonggakaradeng". This study aims to pedagogically analyze the problems of Christian Religious Education (PAK) by Non-PAK teachers at UPT SMPN 3 Bonggakaradeng. This study uses interview and observation methods. The informants of this study were the Non-PAK teachers who taught, one of the fellow teachers, and six students, namely grades VII to IX. The results of the study showed that Non-PAK teachers faced various obstacles, including difficulties in understanding student character, limitations in mastering learning theories, and challenges in creating meaningful learning experiences. In addition, ineffective communication between teachers and students resulted in decreased interest and active participation of students in learning. This study recommends the need to improve teacher pedagogical competence and provide adequate educational resources to improve the quality of Christian Religious Education learning in schools.
