Abstract
ABSTRAK Kompetensi profesional mengacu pada kemampuan atau keterampilan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas tanggungjawabnya. Kemampuan atau keterampilan yang dimaksudkan ialah kemampuan guru terhadap penguasaan materi, pengembangan materi pembelajaran dengan kreatif dan penerapkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Disamping itu administrasi membantu guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga dapat terencana, terarah, dan teroranizir melalui pengelolaan yang baik, berdasarkan latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini masalah yang ditemukan dilapangan masih terdapat 6 guru Agama Kristen yang kurang dalam persiapan baik secara fisik maupun administrasi, bahkan ketika diperhadapkan dengan tuntutan yang pada dasarnya harus dikerjakan seperti pengelolaan administrasi kinerja guru yang dilakukan secara. Adapun Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana kompetensi profesional guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam pengelolaan administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumetasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru dalam pengelolaan administrasi, melalui penguasaan materi, pengembangan materi dan penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran tidak hanya itu pengelolaan administrasi guru juga dapat melalui proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evalusi sehingga dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya akan terencana, terarah, dan teroganizir dengan baik. Kata kunci: kompetensi profesional, pengelolaan administrasi. ABSTRACT Professional competence refers to the ability orteachers’ skills in carrying out their responsibilities. The abilities or skills referred to are the teacher’s abilities towards mastery of material, development of learning material with Creative and applying technology in learning. Besides that administration helps teachers in carrying out their duties so that they can planned, directed and organized through good management. based on the background of the problem in this research, the problem is It was found that in the field there were still 6 lacking Christian teachers in preparation both physically and administratively, even when faced with demands that basically have to be done like administrative management of teacher performance which is carried out regularly. As for The aim of this research is to analyze professional competence Christian Religious Education teacher in administrative management. Study This method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Results research shows that teachers’ professional competence in administrative management, through mastery of material, material development and the application of technology in learning is not only management Teacher administration can also go through the process of planning, implementing and evaluation so that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities planned, directed and well organized.
