Abstract

Masalah perilaku sopan santun siswa memberikan dampak pada bagaimana cara berbicara siswa dengan orang yang lebih tua, sering mengeluarkan kata kasar, sibuk bercerita dengan temannya pada saat pembelajaran, tertidur di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi layanan bimbingan klasikal teknik modelling dalam meningkatkan perilaku sopan santun siswa kelas VIIIB UPT SMP Kristen Makale. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK). Dilaksanakan melalui 2 siklus dan pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil apabila 75% siswa mengalami peningkatan perilaku sopan santun. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan setelah pelaksanaan pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 21% pada persentase 59% dengan kategori cukup. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 31% dengan hasil persentase ada pada angka 91% dengan kategori baik. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil observasi pada siklus I pertemuan 1 ada pada 48% kategori kurang dan pada pertemuan 2 mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 15% pada persentase 63% dengan kategori cukup. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 17% pada persentase 80% dengan kategori baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan mengimplementasikan layanan bimbingan klasikal teknik modelling dapat meningkatkan perilaku sopan santun siswa. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan klasikal, Modelling, Sopan Santun ABSTRACT Students' manners issues affect how they speak to older people, they often use harsh language, are busy chatting with their friends during lessons, and fall asleep in class. This study aims to determine the implementation of classical guidance services using the modelling technique in improving the polite behavior of 8th-grade students at UPT SMP Kristen Makale. The method used in this research is Guidance and Counseling Action Research (GCAR). It was carried out through 2 cycles, and each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and documentation. This research is considered successful if 75% of the students show an improvement in polite behavior. Based on the results obtained after implementation in Cycle I, there was an increase of 21% to a percentage of 59%, which is categorized as sufficient. In Cycle II, there was an increase of 31% with a percentage result of 91%, which is categorized as good. Then, based on the observation results in Cycle I, Meeting 1 was at 48% (insufficient category), and in Meeting 2, there was an increase of 15% to a percentage of 63% (sufficient category). In Cycle II, there was an increase of 17% to a percentage of 80%, which is categorized as good. Thus, it can be concluded that by implementing classical guidance services using the modelling technique, students' polite behavior can be improved. Keywords: Classical Guidance, Modelling, Manners
