Abstract
“Penerapan Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Sosiodrama Untuk Meningkatkan Perkembangan Emosi Siswa VIIIC di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Kesu’”. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan perkembangan emosi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas dengan tahapan pra-siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Pada pra-siklus, perkembangan emosi siswa sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang, yang ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata capaian indikator antara 33,92% hingga 50%. Setelah intervensi melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama pada siklus I dan II, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh aspek perkembangan emosi, seperti intensitas emosi, fluktuasi emosi, pengendalian emosi, perasaan aman, pencarian jati diri, perubahan hormonal, dan ketergantungan emosional. Pada akhir siklus II, rata-rata seluruh indikator mencapai kategori tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, dengan nilai antara 69,64% sampai 85,71%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa metode sosiodrama tidak hanya meningkatkan ekspresi dan pengelolaan emosi, tetapi juga berpengaruh pada kematangan emosi siswa secara menyeluruh. Layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama sangat direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan dalam program bimbingan konseling sekolah sebagai upaya mendukung perkembangan psikologis remaja secara optimal Kata kunci: Bimbingan kelompok, teknik sosiodrama, perkembangan emosi. ABSTRACT “Implementation of Sociodrama Technique Group Guidance Services to Improve Emotional Development of VIIIC Students at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Kesu’”. This study aims to determine the implementation of sociodrama technique group guidance services in improving students’ emotional development. This study uses a classroom action approach with pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II stages. In the pre-cycle, students’ emotional development is mostly in the moderate category, which is indicated by the average indicator achievement between 33.92% to 50%. After intervention through sociodrama technique group guidance services in cycles I and II, there was a significant increase in all aspects of emotional development, such as emotional intensity, emotional fluctuations, emotional control, feelings of security, self-discovery, hormonal changes, and emotional dependence. At the end of cycle II, the average of all indicators reached the high to very high category, with values between 69.64% to 85.71%. These results indicate that the sociodrama method not only improves emotional expression and management, but also has an effect on students’ overall emotional maturity. Group guidance services using sociodrama techniques are highly recommended for integration into school guidance and counseling programs to optimally support adolescent psychological development.
