Abstract
Hermin, NIM 1220207387 dengan judul “Penerapan Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Self Control Siswa Kelas X SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao” di bawah bimbingan Dr. Agustinus, M.Th dan Algu Sambi Pabangke, M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan self control siswa kelas X SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Layanan bimbingan kelompok merupakan suatu cara memberikan bantuan (bimbingan) kepada individu melalui kegiatan kelompok Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 8 orang siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu (PTBK) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan MC Taggart. Terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (action), observasi (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil prasiklus menunjukkan bahwa dari 16 siswa di kelas, terdapat 3 siswa yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan pada kategori baik terdapat 6 siswa dan pada kategori cukup terdapat 7 siswa. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa siswa di kelas X masih kurang dalam mendapatkan pemahaman tentang self control secara jelas. Selanjutnya dilakukan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan jumlah 8 orang siswa dan hasil tindakan pada siklus 1 diketahui bahwa siswa belum mencapai hasil optimal, dengan persentase keberhasilan baru mencapai 87,5%. Pada siklus 2 adanya peningkatan yang sangat baik dari 8 siswa seluruhnya sudah memiliki kemampuan self control. Tindakan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sudah sangat optimal dengan perolehan persentase sebesar 100%. Oleh karena itu, siswa yang mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok mengalami peningkatan yang nyata dalam kemampuan pengendalian diri, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada meningkatnya self control siswa. ABSTRACT Hermin, NIM 1220207387 with the title "Application of Group Guidance Services to Improve Self Control of Class X Students of Tagari Rantepao Christian Vocational School" under the guidance of Dr. Agustinus, M.Th and Algu Sambi Pabangke, M.Pd. This research aims to implement group guidance services in improving self-control of grade X students of Tagari Rantepao Christian Vocational School. Group guidance service is a way to provide assistance (guidance) to individuals through group activities In this case, the researcher used a sample of 8 students. The type of research used is (PTBK) which is carried out in two cycles developed by Kemmis and MC Taggart. It consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used are through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The results of the pre- cycle show that out of 16 students in the class, there are 3 students who are included in the very good category, while in the good category there are 6 students and in the sufficient category there are 7 students. So it can be concluded that students in class X are still lacking in gaining a clear understanding of self-control. Furthermore, group guidance services were carried out with a total of 8 students and the results of the action in cycle 1 were known that students had not achieved optimal results, with a new success percentage of 87.5%. In cycle 2 there was a very good increase from 8 students, all of whom already had self-control skills. The actions taken by the researcher have been very optimal with a percentage of 100%. Therefore, students who participated in group guidance services experienced a noticeable increase in self-control skills, which ultimately had an impact on increasing student self-control.
