Abstract
CHARMILA,1020154361, in 2019, compiled a thesis with the title “leaming motivation for broken home children in public elementary schools one hundred and three Makale six”. The aim of the study was to determine the quality of leaming motivation for a broken home child in public elementary schools one hundred and three Makale six. This thesis was prepared with a background of couriosity about the quality of leaming motivation for a broken home child in public elementary schools one hundred and three Makale six. Related to the topic raised in completing this writing, the author uses qualitative research interviews, observatoin, and Literature. The informan consisted of four teachers and six student. The results of the study concluded that the quality of leaming motivation for broken home children in public elementary schools one hundred and three Makale six was still lacking even though they were quite diligent in attending school diligently in class but, can be seen from their laziness in leaming, lazy to do assigments home, lack of perseverance in leaming, lack of enthusiasm in leaming, Jakc of initiative in giving class participation in leaming, this is due to the lack of full attention and encouragement from the two parents for them in their leaming activities, and also lack motivation. In yourself where they do not show a high desire or drive from within to study seriously. Key Words: Motivation, children, broken home, leaming.
