Abstract

Etni Claudia (1020207871) menyusun skripsi dengan judul "Tinjauan Evaluatif Implementasi Program Supervisi Kelas untuk Membangun Daya Abstraksi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Bingkai Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN 9 Makale". Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya daya abstraksi guru PAK di SDN 9 Makale sehingga interaksi antara guru dan siswa kurang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program supervisi kelas untuk mengembangkan keterampilan abstraksi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam kerangka kurikulum merdeka di SDN 9 Makale. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen terkait penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan program supervisi kelas di SDN 9 Makale dalam kerangka kurikulum merdeka telah memberikan dampak positif dalam membangun keterampilan abstraksi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen, yang menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi berkelanjutan dari program ini bermanfaat. Kata kunci: Supervisi Kelas, Daya Abstraks ABSTRACT Etni Claudia (1020207871) compiled a thesis with the title "Evaluative Review of the Implementation ofthe Classroom Supervision Program to Build the Abstraction Power of Christian Religious Education Teachers in the Frame of the Independent Curriculum at SDN 9 Makale". The main problem in this study is the lack ofabstraction power of PAK teachers at SDN 9 Makale so that the interaction between teachers and students is lacking. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the implementation ofa classroom supervision program to develop Christian Religious Education teachers' abstraction skills within the framework of an independent curriculum at SDN 9 Makale. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study were the principal and Christian Religious Education teachers. Primary data were obtained through observation and interviews, and secondary data were obtained through documents related to this research. The results of the studyfound that the implementation ofthe classroom supervision program at SDN 9 Makale within theframework of the independent curriculum has had a positive impact in building the abstraction skills of Christian Religious Education teachers, which shows that the continuous evaluation of this program is beneficial.
