Abstract
ABSTRAK Kecemasan menjadi masalah bagi mahasiswa teologi yang dihadapkan dengan tuntutan akan masa depan setelah menyelesaikan pendidikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecemasan yang dialami mahasiswa teologi yang dihubungkan dengan pembentukan spiritualitas formation. Teori spiritualitas formation menawarkan perspektif yang relevan untuk memahami dan mengelolah kecemasan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis yang berfokus pada pengalaman subjektif individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan mahasiswa teologi mencakup kekhawatiran akan panggilan pelayanan dan ketidakpastian akan masa depan. Dari temuan ini kemudian dianalisis melalui kerangka teori spiritualitas formation yang mencakup praktis disiplin firman Allah, disiplin ibadah, disiplin kehidupan Kristen dan disiplin ketaatan/kepercayaan. Kata kunci: Kecemasan, Mahasiswa, dan Spiritualitas Formation. ABSTRACT Anxiety is a problem for theology students who are faced with demands for the future after completing their education. This research aims to analyze the anxiety experienced by theology students which is related to the formation of spiritual formation. Spirituality formation theory offers a relevant perspective for understanding and managing anxiety. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach which focuses on individual subjective experiences. The research results show that theology students' anxiety includes worries about their calling to ministry and uncertainty about the future. These findings are then analyzed through the theoretical framework of spirituality formation which includes the practical discipline of God's word, the discipline of worship, the discipline of Christian life and the discipline of obedience/belief.
