Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran pendidikan agama kristen di UPT SDN 15 Rembon telah terlaksana namun, observasi awal menunjukkan beberapa aspek masih belum optimal, seperti membiarkan siswa keluar-masuk ruangan, kurang tegas terhadap pelanggaran, dan kurang dalam mengevaluasi kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan kelas pendidikan agama kristen dengan pendekatan SWOT di UPT SDN 15 Rembon. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi masalah melalui empat fokus utama: Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat. Emma S. McDonald mendukung pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas sebagai sarana penting guru mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan dengan mengontrol siswa menggunakan aturan kelas yang menyenangkan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan didukung dengan studi pustaka.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan kelas pendidikan agama Kristen memiliki kekuatan seperti dukungan pihak sekolah, kelemahan yaitu kurangnya profesionalisme guru, peluang melingkupi penerapan ibadah akhir pekan dan ancaman adalah perubahan kurikulum. ABSTRACT The implementation of classroom management to maximize Christian religious education learning at UPT SDN 15 Rembon has been carried out, but initial observations indicate several aspects that are still suboptimal. These include students freely entering and leaving the classroom, insufficient enforcement of discipline, and inadequate class evaluation. This study aims to analyze the classroom management strategies of Christian religious education using the SWOT approach at UPT SDN 15 Rembon.Therefore, this research employs the SWOT approach to identify issues through four main focuses: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Emma S. McDonald supports the implementation of classroom management as a crucial tool for teachers to achieve educational goals by maintaining control over students through enjoyable classroom rules. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive research method involving data collection through observations, interviews, and literature review. The findings indicate that the classroom management strategies for Christian religious education have strengths such as school support, weaknesses including lack of teacher professionalism, opportunities encompassing weekend worship implementation, and threats posed by curriculum changes.
