Abstract

ABSTRAK Layanan bimbingan individu diberikan Guru BK untuk membantu siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah dalam hal kedisiplinan khususnya dalam kehadiran ke sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan individu dengan menggunakan teori Ahmad Susanto tentang bimbingan konseling untuk mendisiplinkan siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan individu yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK di SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja belum berjalan sesuai dengan tahapan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan individu yang dikemukakan Ahmad Susanto. Guru BK di SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja merancang tahapan yang lebih sederhana, karena keterbatasan waktu dan memilih tahapan yang sesuai dengan karakter dan kebutuhan siswa. Meskipun Guru BK merancang tahapan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan individu secara sederhana namun berhasil untuk kembali mendisiplinkan siswa. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan individu yang diberikan Guru BK di SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja dapat mendisiplinkan siswa. Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Individu, Kedisiplinan. ABSTRACT Individual guidance services provided by the Guidance Counselor to assist students who violate school regulations, particularly in terms of school discipline, especially attendance. This study aims to analyze the implementation of individual guidance services using Ahmad Susanto's theory of counseling guidance to discipline students. The method used in this study is qualitative research, employing data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of study indicate that the stages of implementing individual guidance services conducted by the guidance Counselor at SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja have not proceeded according toh the stages outlined by Ahmad Susanto for individual guidance services. The Guidance Counselor at SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja designs simpler stages due to time constraints and selects stages that fit the students' characteristics and needs. Although the Guidance Counselor designs simplified stages for implementing individual guidance services, they have successfully managed to reestablish disicpline among the students. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of individual guidance services provided by the Guidance Counselor at SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja can foster student discipline.
