Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya perencanaan karier siswa kelas XI TKJ3 SMK Negeri 1 Toraja Utara, dimana siswa belum memiliki pemahaman akan diri, pemahaman akan dunia kerja, pengambilan Keputusan dan rencana karier setelah lulus sekolah. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan layanan bimbingan karier untuk meningkatkan perencanaan karier siswa. Penelitian mengunakan Penelitian Tindakan bimbingan Konseling (PTBK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pra siklus memperoleh hasil rata-rata 50% kategori cukup. Pada siksus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata 67,82% kategori cukup. Kemudian pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata 86,57% kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, penerapan layanan bimbingan karier efektif meningkatkan perencanaan karier siswa. Kata kunci: Layanan Bimbingan Karier, Perencanaan Karier ABSTRACT This research is based on the low career planning of 11th-grade TKJ3 students at SMK Negeri 1 Toraja Utara, where students do not yet have an understanding of themselves, the world of work, decision-making, and career plans after graduating from school. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of career guidance services to improve students' career planning. The research uses Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK). The results show that in the pre-cycle, the average score was 50%, in the sufficient category. In the first cycle, the average score was 67.82%, in the sufficient category. Then, in the second cycle, there was an increase, with an average score of 86.57%, in the very good category. Thus, the implementation of career guidance services is effective in improving students' career planning. Keywords: Career Guidance Services, Career Planning.
