Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teori behavioristik dalam pembentukan perilaku disiplin anak usia 3–4 tahun di TK Silo Makale. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori behavioristik melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, penguatan positif, dan pemberian konsekuensi yang mendidik mampu membantu anak mematuhi aturan, mengikuti kegiatan, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas sederhana. Dengan demikian, penerapan teori behavioristik berperan dalam membentuk perilaku disiplin anak usia 3–4 tahun di TK Silo Makale. Kata Kunci: teori behavioristik, perilaku disiplin, anak usia dini. ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the implementation of behaviorist theory in developing the disciplinary behavior of children aged 3–4 years at TK Silo Makale. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings showed that the implementation of behaviorist theory through habituation, role modeling, positive reinforcement, and educational consequences helped children follow rules, participate in daily activities, and take responsibility for simple tasks. Therefore, the implementation of behaviorist theory contributed to the development of disciplinary behavior among children aged 3–4 years at TK Silo Makale.
