Abstract
Junaeni Sampe Rambung, 2025, Disertasi: PENGARUH INTEGRITAS PEMIMPIN DAN KOMPETENSI MELALUI KOMITMEN SPIRITUALITAS TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI WILAYAH XI SULAWESI SELATAN. Promotor Utama: Maidiantius Tanyid, Ko-Promotor I: I Made Suardana, Ko-Promotor II: Ismail Banne Ringgi’. Kata kunci: integritas pemimpin, kompetensi, komitmen spiritualitas, kinerja guru Kinerja guru dipengaruhi integritas pemimpin dan kompetensi karena itu seorang guru kristen harus memiliki komitmen spiritual agar menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian mengkaji besaran kontribusi integritas pemimpin dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen spiritualitas. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode survei dengan memilih sampel di antara populasi berdasarkan unit kerja. Unit analisis penelitian adalah guru kristen yang memiliki sertifikat pendidik dan memperoleh tunjangan profesi guru di Wilayah XI Sulawesi Selatan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis deduksi. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan integritas pemimpin terhadap kinerja guru. Pengaruh langsung integritas pemimpin terhadap kinerja guru 0.126 atau 12,6%. Terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan integritas pemimpin terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen spiritualitas. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh langsung kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen spiritualitas 0.278 (27.8%) dan pengaruh tidak langsung -0.0154 (-1.54%). Terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru. Pengaruh langsung yang diberikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru 0.020 atau 2%. Tidak terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen spiritualitas. Pengaruh langsung kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru 2% sedangkan nilai tidak langsung -1,54%. Dengan demikian pengaruh langsung lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung (2% lebih dari -1.54%). Pengaruh langsung integritas pemimpin terhadap kinerja guru 0.126 sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung integritas pemimpin terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen spiritualitas 0.126 x 1,055= 0.132. Pengaruh langsung kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0.020 sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen spiritualitas 0.020 x 1,055= 0.0211. The purpose of this research is to examine the extent of the contribution of leader integrity and competence to teacher performance through spiritual commitment. Data collection uses a survey method by selecting samples from the population based on the work unit. The unit of analysis in this research is Christian teachers who have educational certificates and receive teacher professional allowances in Region XI South Sulawesi. It uses a quantitative approach and deductive analysis methods. The results show a positive and significant effect of leader integrity on teacher performance. The direct effect of leader integrity on teacher performance is 0.126 or 12.6%. There is a positive and significant effect of leader integrity on teacher performance through spiritual commitment. The results of the hypothesis test show a direct influence of competence on teacher performance through spiritual commitment of 0.278 (27.8%) and an indirect influence of -0.0154 (-1.54%). There is a positive and significant influence of competence on teacher performance. The direct influence of competence on teacher performance is 0.020 or 2%. There is no positive and significant influence of competence on teacher performance through spiritual commitment. The direct influence of competency on teacher performance is 2% while the indirect influence is -1.54%. Therefore, the direct influence is greater than the indirect influence (2% is greater than -1.54%). The direct influence of leader integrity on teacher performance is 0.126 while the indirect influence of leader integrity on teacher performance through spiritual commitment is 0.126 x 1.055 = 0.132. The direct influence of competency on teacher performance is 0.020 while the indirect influence of competency on teacher performance through spiritual commitment is 0.020 x 1.055 = 0.0211.
