Abstract
Herlina Barre Allo, NIRM 23020020 dengan judul Tesis “ Analisis Lingkungan Sekolah Berbasis Meditasi Alkitab bagi Pembentukan Karakter Kristiani Siswa Kelas XI SLA Mebali”. Penelitian ini meneliti analisis lingkungan sekolah berbasis meditasi Alkitab bagi pembentukan karakter kristiani siswa kelas di SLA Mebali. Menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis peran lingkungan sekolah berbasis meditasi Alkitab dalam membentuk karakter kristiani siswa di SLA Mebali, Tana Toraja, Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung praktik meditasi Alkitab, yang meliputi rutinitas spiritual harian, interaksi positif guru-siswa, dan dinamika kelompok yang suportif, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter kristiani siswa. Meditasi Alkitab membantu siswa memahami nilai-nilai kristiani, meningkatkan hubungan dengan Tuhan, dan menerapkan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, menghasilkan perubahan perilaku yang positif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program berbasis meditasi Alkitab yang lebih terstruktur dan kolaboratif antara sekolah, keluarga, dan gereja untuk membentuk karakter kristiani siswa secara lebih efektif dan holistik. ABSTRACT Herlina Barre Allo, NIRM 23020020, with the thesis title "Analysis of a School Environment Based on Bible Meditation for the Formation of Christian Character in Grade XI Students of SLA Mebali." This study examines the analysis of a school environment based on Bible meditation for the formation of Christian character in grade XI students of SLA Mebali. Qualitative methods were used to analyze the role of a school environment based on Bible meditation in shaping the Christian character of students at SLA Mebali, Tana Toraja, South Sulawesi. This study found that a school environment that supports the practice of Bible meditation, including daily spiritual routines, positive teacher-student interactions, and supportive group dynamics, contributes significantly to the formation of students' Christian character. Bible meditation helps students understand Christian values, strengthen their relationship with God, and apply these values in their daily lives, resulting in positive behavioral changes. This study recommends the development of a more structured and collaborative Bible meditation-based program between schools, families, and churches to shape students' Christian character more effectively and holistically.
