Abstract
Pelayan musik berperan penting dalam mendukung ibadah di gereja. Untuk menunjang pelayanan yang maksimal, gereja perlu menerapkan manajemen pelayanan yang baik, termasuk pemberian insentif sebagai bentuk apresiasi. Namun di Gereja Toraja(GT) Jemaat Efrat Ratteayun majelis jemaat belum memberikan perhatian tentang pemberian insentif terhadap pelayan musik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis manajemen pelayanan dalam menyediakan dukungan insentif bagi pelayan musik di Jemaat Efrat Ratteayun, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana data dikumpul melalui observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di GT Jemaat Efrat Ratteayun manajemen pelayanan telah diterapkan walaupun belum maksimal, khususnya dalam penyediaan insentif bagi pelayan musik belum menjadi prioritas dalam perencanaan program kerja baik dari majelis maupun KLM, karena pelayan musik masih dianggap sebagai pelayan sukarela dan tidak melalui sistem perekrutan. Sehingga insentif berupa uang tidak diberikan secara rutin per bulan, tetapi hanya diberikan setiap akhir tahun melalui kordinator Komisi liturgi dan musik (KLM). Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pelayanan, Insentif, Pelayan Musik Abstract Music ministers play an important role in supporting church worship services. To ensure optimal service, the church needs to implement effective service management, including the provision of incentives as a form of appreciation. However, at the Toraja Church (GT) Efrat Ratteayun Congregation, the church council has not yet given serious attention to the provision of incentives for music ministers.The purpose of this study is to analyze service management in providing incentive support for music ministers at the Efrat Ratteayun Congregation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study indicate that service management at GT Efrat Ratteayun Congregation has been implemented, although not yet optimally. In particular, the provision of incentives for music ministers has not been a priority in the work program planning of either the church council or the Liturgical and Music Commission (KLM). This is because music ministers are still considered voluntary servants and are not recruited through a formal system. As a result, financial incentives are not given on a regular monthly basis but are only provided at the end of the year through the coordinator of the Liturgical and Music Commission (KLM) Keywords: Management, Service, Incentives, Music Servants
