Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan PT. Sulotco dalam meningkatkan perbaikan infrastruktur di Dusun Bolokan, Kecamatan Bittuang, serta implikasinya terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada masih minimnya partisipasi perusahaan dalam perbaikan jalan yang berdampak pada aktivitas sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan di PT. Sulotco mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, yang ditandai dengan empat dimensi utama: pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual. Pemimpin di PT. Sulotco dinilai mampu membangun kepercayaan, memberikan inspirasi, membuka ruang inovasi, serta memperhatikan kebutuhan individu karyawan. Selain itu, keterlibatan langsung perusahaan dalam proyek perbaikan jalan menunjukkan bentuk konkret dari tanggung jawab sosial (CSR), yang juga melibatkan masyarakat setempat sebagai bagian dari proses pembangunan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan PT. Sulotco memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya bagi internal perusahaan tetapi juga bagi pengembangan infrastruktur dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Diharapkan model kepemimpinan ini dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengelolaan perusahaan yang berorientasi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Bolokan, CSR, Dusun, Infrastruktur, Jalan Kepemimpinan PT, Transformasional. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the leadership of PT. Sulotco in improving infrastructure development in Bolokan Hamlet, Bittuang District, and its implications for the surrounding community. The background of this research is based on the company's limited participation in road improvements, which negatively impacts the social and economic activities of the residents. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the leadership at PT. Sulotco adopts a transformational leadership style characterized by four main dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Leaders at PT. Sulotco are seen as trustworthy, inspiring, open to innovation, and attentive to the individual needs of employees. Furthermore, the company's direct involvement in road improvement projects reflects a tangible form of corporate social responsibility (CSR), which also actively engages the local community in the development process. The study concludes that the transformational leadership applied by PT. Sulotco has a positive impact not only within the organization but also in enhancing infrastructure and community well-being. This leadership model is expected to serve as a reference for companies aiming to implement sustainable development practices.
