Abstract
Ernawati Patiung (3020218463) menyusun skripsi yang berjudul “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kedisiplinan Pegawai Di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai. Teori yang digunakan dari Sedarmayanti mengenai lingkungan kerja, yang mencakup faktor fisik dan non fisik serta teori kedisiplinan dari Fathoni dan Sutrisno yang menekankan tentang kepatuhan terhadap peraturan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatab ex-post facto. Sampel berjumlah 50 orang pegawai dengan pengambilan teknik sampel sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan bantuan skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan sofware SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,846 atau sebesar 84,6% dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin tinggi kedisiplinan pegawai. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, kedisiplinan, pegawai. ABSTRACT Ernawati Patiung (3020218463) wrote a thesis entitled "The Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Discipline at the National Land Agency Office of North Toraja Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on employee discipline. The theory used is from Sedarmayanti regarding the work environment, which includes physical and non-physical factors and the theory of discipline from Fathoni and Sutrisno which emphasizes compliance with regulations. This research method uses a quantitative method with an ex-post facto approach. The sample consisted of 50 employees with a census sampling technique. Data were collected with the help of a Likert scale and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that the work environment had an effect on employee discipline with a determination coefficient value of 0.846 or 84.6% and a significant value 0.000 < 0.05.
