Abstract

Yeheskiel Dongga’ (3020218458) dengan judul Analisis Manajemen Kepemimpinan Pengurus PKMR Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Partisipasi Pemuda Dalam Persekutuan di GPPS Jemaat Rindingallo. Dibawah bimbingan Dr. Yohanis Luni Tumanan, M.Th. dan Sriyanti Rahayu Pabebang, M.M. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepemimpinan pengurus Persekutuan Kaum Muda Remaja (PKMR) dalam upaya meningkatkan partisipasi pemuda di Gereja Pantekosta Pusat Surabaya (GPPS) Jemaat Rindingallo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh pengurus PKMR kurang efektif, yang berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi pemuda. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi termasuk kurangnya perencanaan program yang terstruktur, minimnya motivasi dari pengurus, dan tidak adanya evaluasi formal terhadap kegiatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota dengan melibatkan mereka dalam proses perencanaan, meningkatkan motivasi, serta menerapkan evaluasi yang sistematis untuk memperbaiki program ke depan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Kepemimpinan, Partisipasi Pemuda, PKMR, Persekutuan ABSTRACT Yeheskiel Dongga’ (3020218458) with the thesies title An Analysis of the Leadership Management of the PKMR Board in Efforts to Increase Youth Participation in Fellowship at GPPS Rindingallo. This study aims to analyze the leadership management of the Youth Fellowship (PKMR) in an effort to enhance youth participation at the Pantekosta Pusat Surabaya Church (GPPS) Rindingallo Congregation. A qualitative descriptive research method was employed, gathering data through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that the leadership management by the PKMR administrators is ineffective, impacting the low level of youth participation. Contributing factors include a lack of structured program planning, minimal motivation from the administrators, and the absence of formal evaluations of activities. Therefore, efforts are needed to enhance member involvement by engaging them in the planning process, improving motivation, and implementing systematic evaluations to refine programs moving forward.
