Abstract
Kepribadian merupakan keterpaduan antara aspek psikologis dengan psikososial yang berubah-ubah menyesuaiakan lingkungan untuk berinteraksi mencapai tujuan yang akan dicapai oleh individu sehingga bukan sebagai identitas baik atau buruk tetapi netral yang direfleksikan dalam tingkah laku.Menurut teori Psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud kepribadian terdiri dari tiga sistem atau struktur, yaitu Id, Ego, dan Super Ego (Das ueber Ich). Dasar perkembangan dalam teori Pembelajaran Sosial Albert Bandura, kepribadian terbentuk dari hasil interaksi dan pengamatan terhadap tokoh yang memiliki kedekatan terdekat untuk jangka waktu yang relatif lama dan orang yang diyakini oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh keteladanan guru Kristen dan orang tua terhadap kepribadian peserta didik SMP Negeri 2 Nanggala. Adapun metode yang dipergunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif fenomenologis atau penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh keteladanan guru Kristen dan orang tua terhadap kepribadian peserta didik. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara keteladanana guru Kristen dan orang tua terhadap kepribadian peserta didik sebesar 48,2% secara signifikan yang terdiri dari keteladanan guru Kristen 13,6% dan keteladanan orang tua 34,6%. Dimensi keteladanan orang tua dalam ucapan memberikan kontrubusi terbesar yaitu 24,7%.Dengan demikian penelitian ini menerima hipotesa penelitian H1 dan menolak hipotesa HO, baik baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan keteladanan guru Kristen dan orang tua terhadap kepribadian dari dimensi penyesuaian diri, pengendalian diri dan pengembangan potensi peserta didik SMPN 2 Nanggala. ABSTRACT Personality is an integration between psychological and psychosocial aspects that change according to the environment to interact to achieve the goals to be achieved by the individual so that it is not a good or bad identity but is neutral which is reflected in behavior. According to Sigtnund Freud's Psychoanalytic theory, personality consists of three Systems or structures. , namely Id, Ego, and Super Ego (Das ueber Ich). The basis of development in Albert Bandura's Social Learning theory, personality is formedfrom the results of interactions and observations of characters who have the closest proximity for a relatively long period of time and people who are believed by sludents. This study aims to analyze the influence of role model of Christian teachers and parents on the personality of the students of SMP Negeri 2 Nanggala. The method used is phenomenological quantitative research or research to analyze the influence of the role model of Christian teachers and parents on the personality of students. The results of the study prove that there is a simultaneous influence between the example of Christian teachers and parents on the personality of the students by 48.2% significantly consisting of the example of Christian teachers 13.6% and the example of parents 34.6%. The dimensions of parental exemplary in speech gave the largest contribution, namely 24.7%. Thus, this study accepts the research hypothesis H1 and rejects the HO hypothesis, both simultaneously and partially that there is a significant positive effect of exemplary Christian teachers and parents on the personality of dimensions of self-adjustment, self- control and potential development of students at SMPN 2 Nanggala.
