Abstract

SDN 088 Pokappaang, Kecamatan Seko, Kabupaten Luwu Utara, ditemukan bahwa sebagian peserta didik tidak termotivasi untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran secara optimal, meskipun fasilitas dan tenaga pendidik telah mencukupi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah untuk menganalisis sinergitas keluarga dan sekolah dalam proses pendidikan di SDN 088 Pokappaang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini ialah kualitatif yang dimana penlitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman tentang fenomena sosial, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa belum sepenuhnya terjalin sinergitas antara keluarga dan sekolah. Faktor-faktor ini dapat terlihat dari pola asuh orang tua yang kurang tepat, kurangnya perhatian terhadap peserta didik, dan komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua yag tidak efektif. Sementara keberhasilan peserta didik dapat dipengaruhi oleh sinergitas yang baik antara Keluarga dan Sekolah untuk memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap perubahan perilaku peserta didik. Oleh karena itu keterlibatan keluarga dan sekolah secara seimbanang sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung tercapainya pendidikan yang berkualitas. Kata Kunci : Sinergitas, Keluarga dan Sekolah, Pemenuhan Pendidikan. ABSTRACT SDN 088 Pokappaang, Disfriet Seko regency Luwu Utara,it was found that some students were not motivated to participate in the learning process optimally, even though the facilities and teaching staff were sufficient. The purpose of this study is to analyze the synergy of family and school in the educational process SDN 088 Pokappaang. The method used in this study is qualitative, where this research focuses on understanding social phenomena, with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and literature study. The research results show that synergy has not yet been fully established between families and schools. These factors can be seen from parenting patterns, lack of attention to students, and ineffective communication between schools and parents. Meanwhile, student success can be influenced by good synergy between family and school to provide a positive influence on changes in student behavior. Therefore, balanced involvement of families and schools is very necessary to support the achievement of quality couperation. Keywords: Synergy, Family and School, Fulfillment of Education
