Abstract

Siswa kelas II di UPT SDN 3 Makale Selatan pada saat mengikuti pembelajaran ada beberapa siswa yang tidak memperhatikan pembelajaran, sibuk bercerita dengan teman, tidak mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru dan ada siswa yang tidak tertib pada saat mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam mewujudkan disiplin belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wali kelas, guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen, dan siswa. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam mewujudkan disiplin belajar siswa berperan sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, pelatih, penasehat, model dan teladan bagi siswa. Adapun peran guru yang paling dominan dalam pembentukan disiplin belajar siswa di UPT SDN 3 Makale selatan ialah peran guru sebagai pendidik dan model serta teladan bagi siswa. Kata Kunci : Disiplin belajar, Peran Guru, Siswa. ABSTRACT Class II students at UPT SDN 3 Makale Selatan during in learning process, there were some students who did not pay attention to the learning process, were busy chatting with friends, did not do the assigments given by the teacher and there were students who were not orderly during the learning process. This study aims to determine the role of Christian Religious Education Teachers in realizing student learning discipline. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation techniques. This informants in this research were the headmaster, homeroom teacher, Christian Religious Education teacher and students. The results obtained show that the Christian Religious Education Teachers in realizing student learning discipline is the role of educator, guide, trainer, advisor, model and role model for students. The most dominant role of teachers in forming student learning discipline at UPT SDN 3 Makale Selatan is the role of teachers as educators and models and role models for students.
