Abstract

Abstrak Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawanvara dan studi pustaka, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, display data dan interpretasi data. Kesimpulan dalam tulisan ini yaitu, strategi kepemimpinan yang diimplementasikan Kepala Lembang dalam menangani konflik di masyarakat Lembang Buntu Tagari Kecamatan Dende’ Piongan Napo adalah metode mediasi dengan: penyelesaian masalah dilakukan berdasarkan perundingan, pihak ketiga bersikap netral dalam proses penyelesaian konflik, memberikan kesempatan kepada para pihak yang berkonflik untuk berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam proses penyelesaian konflik, para pihak diberikan kebebasan untuk menyampaikan pendapat masing-masing, memberikan kemampuan kepada para pihak yang berkonflik untuk melakukan kontrol terhadap hasilnya, proses pengambilan keputusan berada di tangan para pihak yang berkonflik, menghasilkan kesepakatan yang diterima dan disetujui oleh para pihak yang berkonflik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, konflik, resolusi konflik. Abstract In this research the author used a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature study, using data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data display and data interpretation. The conclusion in this paper is that the leadership strategy implemented by the Head of Lembang in handling conflicts in the Lembang Buntu Tagari community, Dende’ Piongan Napo District, is a mediation method with: problem solving is carried out based on negotiations, third parties ask to be neutral in the conflict resolution process, providing opportunities for parties in conflict to participate. directly in the conflict resolution process, the parties are given the freedom to express their respective opinions, giving the conflicting parties the ability to exercise control over the results, the decision-making process is in the hands of the conflicting parties, resulting in an agreement that is accepted and approved by the parties involved. conflicting parties Keywords: Leadership, conflict, conflict resolution.
