Abstract

ABSTRAK Desem Rante Baka, Nirm 302020783 Tahun 2024 dengan judul skripsi : “Analisis Kepemimpinan Kepala Lembang Batualu Selatan Dalam Perspektif Anthony D’Souza”. Yang diajukan kepada Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Toraja. Dibimbing oleh bapak Andres Barata Yudha, Ph D dan Bapak Zefanya Sambira M.Pd. Pemilihan topik ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kepemimpinan Kepala Lembang Batualu Selatan Hal tersebut yang mendorong penulis untuk meganalisis lebih dalam tentang bagaimana Penerapan kepemimpinan kepala lembang dalam perspektif Anthony D’Souza Untuk mendapatkan data sehubungan dengan topik yang di atas, maka penulis melakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif atau dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil wawancara dengan Kepala Lembang dan masyarakat, observasi dan analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Kepala Lembang merupakan tugas dalam masyarakat dan kerja sama seinggah menimbumlkan masyarakat yang sejahtera. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Lembang Dalam Perspektif Anthony D’Souza. ABSTRACT Desem Rante Baka, Nirm 302020783 Year 2024 with the title: “An analysis of the leadership of the Chief of South Batualu Broom in the perspective of Anthony D’Souza”. Submitted to the State Christian Religion Institute (IAKN) Toraja. Guided by Father Andres Barata Yudha, PhD and Father Zefanya Sambira M.Pd, this selection of topics is challenged by the presence of the leadership of the Chief of South Batualu. This encourages the author to take a deeper analysis of how to apply leadership in the perspective of Anthony D’Souza. To obtain data in relation to the topics above, the author carries out research with a qualitative approach or by means of observations and interviews. The results of interviews with Chief Lembang and the community, observations and analysis of the research showed that the leadership of ChiefLembang is a duty in the society and cooperation as far as the embodiment of a prosperous society.
