Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisis Adaptasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen Dalam Pengimplementasian Kurikulum Merdeka Pada Pembelajaran PAK Di SMP Kristen Makale. Meskipun kurikulum telah diterapkan selama dua tahun, Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Kristen Makale dalam bidang Pendidikan Agama Kristen menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan, terutama dalam penyusunan Modul Ajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adaptasi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam pengimplementasian Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran PAK di SMP Kristen Makale. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil wawancara dengan tiga informan, pengamatan dalam proses pembelajaran, serta analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa adaptasi guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka mencakup pelatihan-pelatihan, penyesuaian materi pembelajaran, metode pengajaran dan penggunaan teknologi. Dalam pengimplementasian Kurikulum Merdeka guru memberikan materi disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Kata Kunci : Adaptasi Guru, PAK, Kurikulum Merdeka,Peserta Didik ABSTRACT Analysis of the Adaptation of Christian Religious Education Teachers in Implementing the Independent Curriculum in PAK Learning at Makale Christian Middle School. Even though the curriculum has been implemented for two years, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Makale Christian Middle School in the field of Christian Religious Education faces significant challenges, especially in the preparation of Teaching Modules. This research aims to analyze the adaptation of Christian Religious Education teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum in PAK learning at Makale Christian Middle School. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. From the results of interviews with three informants, observations in the learning process, and data analysis, it can be concluded that teacher adaptation in implementing the Independent Curriculum includes training, adjustments to learning materials, teaching methods and use of technology. In implementing the Independent Curriculum, teachers provide material tailored to students' needs. Keywords: Teacher Adaptation, PAK, Independent Curriculum, Students
