Abstract
ABSTRAK Imanuel Elshaday Modok dengan NIRM 3020196614 telah menulis skripsi dengan judul " Anal isis Penerapan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Jemaat di GPdl Eklesia Bottong". Di bawah bimbingan Salmon Pamantung Ph.D selaku pembimbing I dan Daniel Fajar Panuntun M.Th selaku pembimbing II. Hal yang membuat penulis tertarik untuk menyusun skripsi ini didasarkan pada pemberdayaan ekonomi di GPdl Eklesia Bottong terhambat, karena mereka tidak mengembangkan potensi yang mereka miliki untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber ekonomi. Hal tersebut juga disebabkan karena gembala sebagai pemimpin dalam jemaat kurang mengoptimalkan kepemimpinannya yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam jemat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi jemaat di GPdl Eklesia Bottong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan deskriptif analisis melalui teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi jemaat di GPdl Eklesia Bottong masih kurang maksimal, karena hanya diterapkan pada segi kerohanian saja. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan potensi yang jemaat miliki tidak berkembang karena kurang mendapatkan perhatian. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi. ABSTRACT Imanuel Elshaday Modok with NIRM 3020196614 has written a thesis with the title "Analysis of the Application of Transformational Leadership Style to Congregational Econotnic Empowerment at GPdl Eklesia Bottong". Llnder the guidance of Salmon Pamantung Ph.D as supervisor I and Daniel Fajar Panuntun M.Th as supervisor II. The thing that made the writer interested in writing this thesis was based on thefact that economic empowerment in GPdl Eklesia Bottong was hampered because they did not develop their potential to be uscd as an economic resource. This is also because the pastor as a leader in the congrcgation docs not optirnizc his leadership which can affcct economic growth in the congrcgation. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of the transformational leadership style to the economic empowerment of the congrcgation at GPdl Eklesia Bottong. The research method used in this writing is a qualitative research method with deseriptive analysis through data collection techniques of library research, interviews and observation. The results ofthis study indicate that the application of the transformational leadership style to the economic empowerment of the congrcgation at GPdl Eklesia Bottong is still not optimal, because it is only applied to the spiritual aspect. This is what causes the potential that the congrcgation has not developed because it docs not get enough attention. Keywords: Leadership, Transformational Leadership Style, Economic Empowerment.
